Amy leads a high-performing global virtual team that provides skilled, scalable content management consulting and training to business owner SMEs throughout the company. Amy is the recipient of the 2016 Global Business Services President’s Award for Leadership Excellence. She holds a degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Emory University.
