Based in Melbourne, Tara has been with global fashion retailer the Cotton On Group for more than five years. In her time she’s managed the external communications function for the Group’s seven brands; building awareness and brand equity with a focus on key markets; Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South Africa, Brazil, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Tara’s focus in now on team member connections; she oversees internal communications and content operations across multiple digital touch points, including the Group’s global intranet, social and owned external platforms. With a People First approach to content and communications, Tara’s team delivers content to 9 countries and thousands of team members, extending from the Group’s head office and global hubs to distribution centers and the retail front line.

Before the Cotton On Group, Tara worked as a Communications Consultant for several Melbourne-based agencies including Mango, part of the DDB Group, and multinational consultancy PPR (WPP) where she managed the public relations for iconic clients such as Tourism Australia, Disney and Emirates Airline.

Tara spends her down time chasing after her two little girls and enjoys travelling with her family.
