Liza Mulkowsky, APR, is director of Communications and Change Management for Genuine Parts Company’s U.S. Automotive Parts Group.

With more than 18 years of experience as a communicator and change agent, Liza is passionate about using communication, change management, and technology to bridge business strategy and field execution.

As director, Liza oversees the communication strategy, change management, and digital workplace roadmap for NAPA AUTO PARTS’ approximately 22,000 users, which includes 58 distribution centers and more than 6,000 company-owned and independent retail stores.

She is skilled at developing teams, campaigns, and platforms that engage audiences, break down silos, improve processes, accelerate adoption, and achieve measurable returns on objectives and investments. She also recently spearheaded the launch of NAPA’s first collaborative Intranet portal / digital workplace on SharePoint 2016.

Prior to joining Genuine Parts in 2013, Liza held senior management roles at Balfour Beatty, Delta Air Lines, and Turner Broadcasting, where she gained national and international experience managing executive communications, internal communications, media relations, and change across diverse cultures, industries, and stakeholders.

Liza earned a bachelor’s of business administration (BBA) in communications and marketing from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is a member of Executive Women of Emory, the Organizational Change Alliance, and is Accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America.
