Ivette Morello is Senior Manager of Design, Communications and Brand at IBM. A plain language advocate and writer at heart, Ivette applies nearly 20 years of strategic messaging expertise to content strategy, content design, UX writing and research to help create delightful experiences.

Before joining IBM, Ivette oversaw the editorial direction of March of Dimes’ award-winning digital health content and led content strategy, content management, and usability testing of its newly redesigned consumer-facing website. She’s also worked with several international nonprofits and consulting agencies specializing in health, science, education, and technology. A graduate of Boston University College of Communication, Ivette enjoys family outings with her husband, 2 kids and 2 puppies, as well as supporting local grassroots causes.
